ILOILO City – Two men on board a tricycle robbed a supervisor of a business process outsourcing company.
The 23-year-old Josephine Aniban of Barangay Poblacion, Jordan, Guimaras lost her bag to the robbers, a police report showed.
Bound for work, Aniban was waiting for a taxi in Barangay Bagumbayan, City Proper at around 1 a.m. on Nov. 4 when the motorcycle back rider grabbed her bag.
The bag of the Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) employee contained P3,000 cash; Bureau of Internal Revenue, Pag-IBIG, Postal, PhilHealth, and Maxicare Health Insurance identification cards; phone charger; and HGS receipts.
Aniban was dragged onto the concrete road, causing her to sustain scratches on both knees and left arm, police said.
Officers were still trying to identify the suspects. Aniban told the police the back rider was clad in a white T-shirt and a white bull cap./PN
