ILOILO City – In Barangay Tanza Baybay, City Proper a 20-year-old resident got mauled and stabbed.
Around 11:25 p.m. on Tuesday, Joseph Gamucho was rushed to the West Visayas State University Medical Center.
He identified four suspects – the Japitana brothers Rafael, Rogelio, Ronaldo, and Rolen, all of Barangay Tanza Baybay, too.
From what the police gathered, Gamucho had a fistfight with Rafael. The other brothers joined the fray when they saw what was happening.
Police said it was Rogelio who stabbed Gamucho.
The Japitana brothers fled after the mauling but cops eventually arrested Rogelio and detained him at Police Station 1./PN
