BACOLOD City – He was crossing the road when a bus hit him.
The 23-year-old Vincent Apiado was killed in a road crash in Barangay Daga, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Apiado – resident of Barangay Cadiz Viejo, Cadiz City – sustained head and body injuries after the bus driven by 43-year-old Jimmy Cabiles of Barangay Luna, Cadiz City hit him around 2 p.m. on Feb. 15, police said.
Tumagan was rushed to the Cadiz City District Hospital but he was later declared dead.
Cabiles, meanwhile, was detained in the custodial facility of the Cadiz City police station./PN
