ILOILO City – Charged with five counts of rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Tabucan, Cabatuan, Iloilo.
He was 19-year-old resident Rodgie Flores, a police report showed.
Flores was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11 a.m. on Aug. 29, it added.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Gemalyn Faunillo-Tarol of the Regional Trial Court Branch 31.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Cabatuan municipal police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
