CAPIZ – In an anti-illegal drug operation by the President Roxas Municipal Police Station, suspected shabu with an estimated value of P238,000 was seized from a town resident.
The execution of a search warrant at around 2:26 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old carpenter known by the alias “Eduard” of Barangay Pondol, President Roxas.
Under the leadership of police chief Major Rachelle D. Garnica, law enforcement authorities recovered seven heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing approximately 35 grams of suspected shabu from the suspect.
“Eduard” will be facing charges for violations under Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
