ILOILO City – The car he was driving hit a woman crossing the road in Barangay Hibao-an Norte, Mandurriao district.
Police identified him as Leo Serue.
The woman he hit identified as resident Josefina Ledonio sustained an injury on the body, a police report showed.
The incident happened around 1:35 p.m. on Sept. 2, it added.
Ledonio was currently receiving treatment at the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao.
Serue was detained in the lockup cell of the Mandurriao police station./PN
