ILOILO City – A parked car’s windshield was deliberately broken on General Luna Street.
Police Station 1 has started an investigation.
The incident happened at around 3 a.m. on June 11.
A white car stopped near the parked car in front of a salon, loud noise was heard, then the white car left.
Jame Lord Cla who worked in the salon alerted the police.
The owner of the victimized car was Ramillo Pumbayan, police said./PN
