BACOLOD City – His fellow security guard found him dead inside their barracks at Canetown Subdivision in Barangay 19-A, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
The 35-year-old Marlon De La Cruz of Barangay Tiglawigan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental was pronounced dead by Dr. Arial Patrick Dionara at the clinic of the Victorias Milling Company.
De La Cruz died due to cardiac arrest, said Dionara.
It was his relative and fellow security guard Donald Caspe who brought De La Cruz to the clinic after he was found unconscious around 4:30 a.m. on Friday, police said.
De La Cruz’s body was then brought to the Jaruda Funeral Parlor in Victorias City./PN
