BACOLOD City – Police arrested a married couple in a drug buy-bust operation in Purok Malabago, Barangay Paraiso, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 35-year-old Ronilo Ilalim and 34-year-old wife Milagros – residents of Paraiso – were caught around 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
The Ilalims were nabbed after they sold suspected shabu to an undercover police officer for P300.
Recovered from the couple’s possession were three sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P2,000.
The Ilalims were detained at the Sagay City police station lockup facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
