MANILA – Western Visayas volleyball fans are in for a treat as Premier Volleyball League giants Creamline Cool Smashers and Choco Mucho Flying Titans bring their celebrated rivalry to Iloilo for the highly anticipated Sisterhood Showdown this September, headlining a two-day spectacle expected to draw thousands of supporters from across the region.
The exhibition match between the sister teams is set for Sept. 12 at the City of Passi Arena in Passi City, Iloilo, with first serve scheduled at 5 p.m.
Widely regarded as two of the PVL’s biggest crowd drawers, the Cool Smashers and the Flying Titans are expected to ignite volleyball fever in Western Visayas as they renew their rivalry in a special exhibition match outside the league calendar.
Ticket prices for the exhibition are pegged at P2,750 for Patron, P1,600 for Ringside, and P1,050 for Upper Box. On-site ticket selling at the City of Passi Arena started on July 6, while organizers continue to accommodate inquiries through Gametime Sports.
The volleyball festivities will begin a day earlier with the Sisterhood Showdown Fan Meet on Sept. 11 at the West Visayas State University Cultural Center in Iloilo City.
Scheduled from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., the fan event will feature player interactions, games, activity booths, and a fun zone, giving supporters a chance to meet stars from both teams before the exhibition clash.
Fans may choose from three ticket packages for the fan meet. The VIP Pass worth P1,500 includes an exclusive event shirt, paper clapper, photo card, and a photo opportunity with the players.
The Premium Package, priced at P1,000, comes with a limited-edition bandana, paper clapper, and photo card, while the General Admission ticket costs P650 and includes a paper clapper and photo card.
