ILOILO City – An antidrug operation in a lodging house in Barangay Infante, Molo district led to the arrest of three suspects.
Elmie Alpapara, 23, of Barangay Rizal Estanzuela, City Proper; Eric Subosa, 28 of Barangay Don Esteban, Lapuz; and Noel Vicencio of Barangay Cochero, Molo were detained at the Molo police station.
At Sofia Lodge, Subosa sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P1,000, a police report showed.
Ten sachets of the same substance were recovered from Alpapara, while Vicencio yielded another sachet of shabu, a .45 pistol, nine live bullets for a .45 pistol, and a black holster, the report stated.
All three were facing drug offense and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition charges.
Police staged the operation around 10 p.m. on Tuesday./PN
