ILOILO City – Policemen arrested a 53-year-old man charged with frustrated murder in Barangay Democracia, Jaro district yesterday.
From his house around 2:30 p.m., Romel Aquilo was detained at the Jaro police station.
Aquilo was apprehended on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Juana Judita Panigbatan of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38 on Nov. 13, 2016 yet.
As of this writing, it was unclear if Aquilo was able to post the bail bond of P200,000 for his
temporary liberty./PN
