BACOLOD City – Charged with qualified theft, two cousins were arrested in Barangay Zone 1, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental on Wednesday morning.
Mark Anthony and Eric Tuanzon, residents of the city’s Barangay Tinampaan, had been hiding for 12 years, police said.
The Tuanzons were detained at the Cadiz City police station. A P40,000 bail bond each was recommended for their temporary release./PN
