CAPIZ — Cases of coronavirus disease in this province continue to decline.
As of March 16, the Capiz Provincial Health Office reported 31 remaining active COVID-19 cases in the province comprising 0.25 percent of the total 12, 318 confirmed cases in the province.
These active cases are from Roxas City 17; Maayon three; Dumarao, Ivisan, Panay and Tapaz with two each; and Cuartero, Mambusao, and President Roxas with one each.
The majority or 87.09 percent of the active cases are mild and asymptomatic, 19.35 percent are mild while 12.90 percent are moderate, severe, and critical.
Data from the PHO also showed that 95.56 percent or 11, 771 have recovered from the infections while 516 or 4.19 percent died./PN
