BACOLOD City – An identified member of the notorious Arnold “Aki” Cuadra robbery group was caught in a buy-bust operation in Purok Narra-Baybay, Barangay 8.
The 18-year-old Elmar Escala was nabbed on Sept. 21, a police report showed.
Confiscated from Escala were three sachets of shabu valued at P18,000 and drug paraphernalia.
He was detained at the Police Station 2 lockup facility and facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The Arnold “Aki” Cuadra group was responsible for robberies in the cities of Bacolod, Silay and Talisay, police said./PN
