BACOLOD City – Charged with grave threat, a Danish national was arrested in Margarita Village, Barangay 2, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Arthur Baybayan, San Carlos police chief, identified him as 40-year-old Nour Raad Abdul Kadhim.
Kadhim was caught Saturday around 11:30 a.m. on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Jose Meno Ruiz of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities in San Carlos City.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the San Carlos City police station./PN
