ILOILO City – Already in the state of decomposition, a body was found in Barangay Marcelo H. del Pilar, Jaro, a police report showed.
The body was that of 63-year-old resident Aniceta Ong, the report added.
Ong – who was living alone in her house – was found sitting on a chair by her cousin Judylene Dideles around 5:30 p.m. on July 10, police said.
The cause of Ong’s death was not immediately clear but her family believed she died of illness./PN
