ILOILO City – Tickets for the 2017 Dinagyang festival to be celebrated on Jan. 20-22 with the theme “See. Feel. Love.” will be made available by December.
The tickets will be sold on first-come first-served basis. No reservations or online purchases will be accepted according to the City Tourism Officer.
The City Tourism Officer also said Dinagyang aims to give importance to the experiences of the people during the festival and to feel the celebration of different faces, emotions, colors and flavors.
Iloilo City mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog, Ramon Cua Locsin, chair of the Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation Inc., and Rev. Father Raymond Alcayaga, Parish Priest of San Jose Parish signaled the start of Dinagyang 2017 with the recent signing of the memorandum of agreement. (With a report from PIA)/PN
