ILOILO City – A drug pushing suspect was arrested in an anti-drug operation in Barangay Sto. Niño Norte, Arevalo district.
Police said 26-year-old Raymund Maprangala of Barangay Calumpang, Molo was caught selling P500 worth of marijuana around 10:50 p.m. on May 15.
Two more packs of the prohibited substance amounting to P1,000 were recovered from his possession.
The suspect was detained in the Arevalo police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
