ILOILO City – A man was caught while six others escaped when police chanced upon them allegedly engaging in illegal cockfighting in Barangay Tanza Bonifacio here.
Resident Stephen Complito was taken to Police Station 1 on May 16, police said.
Charges for violation of Presidential Decree 449, or the Cockfighting Law of 1974 will be filed against him./PN
