BACOLOD City – Three men were charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 before the City Prosecutor’s Office on Monday.
Julius Caesar Bomban, 26, of Barangay Mandalagan; Terence Tortosa, 23, of Barangay Tangub; and Reynaldo Meñez, 29, of Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, were arrested on Sunday in Barangay 1 for alarm and scandal.
But Police Station 2 officers under Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias seized from Bomban and Meñez an improvised tooter with traces of suspected shabu during a body search witnessed by Kagawad Bonifacio Atesora.
The suspects were drunk at the time of their arrest, police said. They were detained at the Police Station 2 lockup cell./PN
