BACOLOD City – A 63-year-old man was killed in an accident along the Bacolod-Silay access road in Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Edgardo Billones was driving a motorcycle around 5:10 p.m. on Aug 20, a police report showed.
Billones attempted to overtake another vehicle but lost control and fell on the concrete road.
An approaching Toyota Revo driven by Ronnie Arosa hit Billones.
Billones was rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital where he was declared “dead on arrival.”/PN
