BACOLOD City – A 60-year-old man died after surfing in Lakawon Island Resort and Spa in Barangay Cadiz Viejo, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, police said.
Reynaldo Jose Dulay went surfing around 12 noon on Thursday, said 31-year-old nephew Mark Marie Vasquez.
Dulay had struggled breathing and was brought to Cadiz Dsitrict Hospital where he was pronounced “dead on arrival.”
The police found no foul play in Dulay’s death./PN
