CAPIZ – A decapitated body of a man was found around 7 a.m. on Friday in Barangay Mianay, Sigma, Capiz.
The head was recovered near it.
The man was identified as Elpedio Alilang, a 62-year-old widower and resident of Sitio Sinandigan, also of the said barangay.
Village resident Nestor Doroteo found the body in an open field.
The Sigma police station has launched an investigation./PN
