BACOLOD City – A man was found dead in Barangay Old Poblacion, Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 65-year-old Noe Taglucop, a resident of the village.
Taglucop’ lifeless body was discovered floating in the sea around 1 p.m. on Oct. 14, a police report showed.
Responding officers of the Escalante City police station did not find any wounds on the victim’s body suggestive of murder.
But they have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
