ILOILO City – A person wanted for estafa had been caught.
The 38-year-old Tomasito Nonesco, a resident of Barangay South San Jose, Molo district, was detained at the Jaro police station.
Officers from police stations in Jaro district and Tubungan, Iloilo arrested him around 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 10 on Lopez Jaena Street, Barangay Democracia, Jaro.
They served him a warrant of arrest that Acting Presiding Judge Nelita Jesusa Bacaling of the Regional Trial Court Branch 67 (Guimbal, Iloilo) issued on July 28.
Judge Bacaling set the bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty at P40,000./PN
