ILOILO City – Suspected shabu valued at P102,000 was seized from an ex-convict in a buy-bust operation in Barangay East Timawa, Molo district, according to the police.
The 26-year-old Kesyl John Gomez of Barangay San Juan, Molo was reportedly jailed for five years at the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City for robbery.
He initially sold a sachet to an undercover cop for P12,500 around 3:40 p.m. on July 4., a police report showed.
The suspect was taken to the Molo police station. He would be charged with violation of Republic At 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
