ILOILO City – Accused of raping a minor, a man was arrested in Barangay Ilawod, Lambunao, Iloilo yesterday.
The 28-year-old Raffy Mallorca was the No. 5 most wanted person in Mina, Iloilo, police said.
He was caught around 7 a.m.
A resident of Barangay Abat, Mina, Mallorca was taken to the police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
