BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated homicide, a farmer was nabbed in Barangay Caduhaan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Police Lieutenant Roby Aurita, San Carlos police chief, identified him as Cyrel Dedel, 28, of Sitio Tinurongan in Barangay Quezon, San Carlos City.
Aurita has a pending warrant of arrest issued by Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court Branch 59.
Policemen of San Carlos carried out his arrest around 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 10.
They took Aurita in custody. The court set the suspect’s bail at P200,000./PN
