ILOILO City – Charged with murder, a farmer and his son will be in detention pending the resolution of their case.
The court has not recommended bail for the temporary liberty of Jessie Flores Sr., 62, and son Jessie Jr., 32, of Barangay Culasi, Ajuy, Iloilo.
The Floreses were arrested around 4 a.m. yesterday in Barangay Campo, San Enrique town.
They fled and hid in San Enrique after they were accused of killing a neighbor sometime in April 2016, a police report showed.
San Enrique police station officers served them an arrest warrant issued by Judge Jose Mauricio Gomez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 66./PN
