ILOILO City – A senior citizen was nabbed in Barangay Manlot, Carles, Iloilo after he failed to appear in a court hearing.
The 69-year-old resident Fedel Dela Cruz was served a bench warrant for frustrated homicide around 9:10 p.m. on Sept. 5, a police report showed.
