CAPIZ – A father and his son tagged as the No. 3 and No. 4 most wanted persons, respectively, in this province were arrested in Sitio Ilawod, Barangay Daplas, Dao town around 8:34 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31.
Suspects aliases “Benjamin,” 67, and “Benjur,” 33, both residents of the aforementioned barangay, were caught through the strength of arrest warrant for murder issued and signed by Judge Kristine B. Tiangco-Vinculado of the Regional Trial Court 6th Judicial Region – Branch 6 in Roxas City dated July 30, 2024.
The suspects were taken into custody by the Dao Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
The court recommended no bail bond for their temporary liberty./PN
