BACOLOD City – A murder suspect from La Carlota City, Negros Occidental was arrested in Barangay Aplaya, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Junito Diaz, 31, of Barangay La Granja had been hiding for seven years, police said.
He was caught around 7:55 p.m. on Oct. 1
Diaz was the No. 4 most wanted in Police Regional Office 4-A and No. 6 in Negros Occidental.
Judge Anita Guanzon-Chua of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 63 (La Carlota City) denied bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Diaz was under the custody of the Sta. Rosa police and set to be transferred to La Carlota City./PN
