ILOILO City – The No. 4 fugitive in Pototan, Iloilo was arrested yesterday in the town’s Barangay Iwa Ilaya.
Police served an arrest warrant to 23-year-old Jericho Tayo around 5:30 p.m.
He was charged with raping a minor in relation to Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, a police report showed.
Tayo was detained at the Pototan police station.
The court denied bail for his temporary liberty./PN
