ILOILO City – A suspected collector of the illegal numbers game “bookies” was arrested yesterday in Barangay Lagubang, Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo.
Ariel Allan Biñas, 40, was a resident of the village.
He was caught around 3 p.m.
Recovered from Biñas were gambling paraphernalia and P380 bet money, a police report showed.
The suspect was detained at the Barotac Nuevo police station./PN
