BACOLOD City – For illegal possession of firearms, a resident of Barangay Sicaba, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental was arrested by police.
Albert Perlado, 48, was a fugitive for about nine years, police said.
The suspect showed no resistance when caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4:51 p.m. on May 10.
Judge Renato Muñez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 issued the arrest warrant on July 10, 2012 yet.
Perlado was detained at the Cadiz City police station.
An P80,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
