ILOILO City – Two brothers were arrested in Barangay San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras for allegedly maltreating a minor.
Delos Santos brothers Oscar, 35, and Henry, 45 — residents of Panobolon, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras — were detained in Jordan police station.
At around 12 noon on Thursday, police served them a warrant of arrest for physical injuries in relation to the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
Regional Trial Court Branch 65 (Guimaras) Judge Rosario Abegail Dris-Villanueva set their bail bond at P80,000 each./PN
