ILOILO City – Charged with homicide, a resident of Barangay Abaca, San Enrique, Iloilo was arrested.

From his house around 9 a.m. on Sunday, Victor Francobilla was taken to the municipal police station.

The arresting officers were from the police station of Cuartero, Capiz. They were armed with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Ignacio Alajar of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 18.

From the San Enrique police station, Francobilla was transferred to the Cuartero police station.

The homicide incident for which the suspect was charged took place in Cuartero.

As of this writing, it was unclear if Francobilla was able to post bail for his temporary liberty. The court set the bail bond at P40,000./PN
