ILOILO City – A fugitive was arrested and detained at the lockup facility of the police station in Pavia, Iloilo.
Romy Ortega, a resident of the town’s Barangay Ungka II, was charged with homicide, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4:30 p.m. on July 27.
A P120,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
