ILOILO City – In Barangay Nabitasan, La Paz district, a resident complained to the police that his house was pelted with stones.
Dedio Dela Cruz named a suspect – 48-year-old Edwin Guillergan. He also said the pelting happened around 9:40 p.m. on Sept. 28.
Cops took Guillergan to the La Paz police station and “booked” him for alarming scandal./PN
