ILOILO City – A 29-year-old resident of Jaro district was wondering why a man punched him on the face.
Renante Umadhay of Barangay Simon Ledesma claimed Joevanie Anastacio, 28, of Barangay Tabuc Suba, also in Jaro, attacked him.
Umadhay told the police he was just hanging out in their village around 11 p.m. on Wednesday when Anastacio hit him.
He sought help from barangay tanod Delma Sultan.
Sultan and Umadhay arrested Anastacio and turned him over to the Jaro police station./PN
