ILOILO City – Police arrested a man who failed to show a permit to transport sand and gravel in Barangay Sambag, Zarraga, Iloilo.
Lilmar Dusaran, 30, was a resident of Barangay Calaigang, San Rafael, Iloilo.
Police chanced upon Dusaran driving a truck loaded with sand and gravel around 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
The suspect was taken to the Zarraga police station./PN
