BACOLOD City – For unauthorized sale of petroleum products, three persons were caught in Barangay 2, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
Police chanced upon Amid Valderama, Reynaldo Cataguey and Marlon Librando “selling and unloading petroleum products in unsafe containers” around 9:45 a.m. on Oct. 2.
Recovered from the suspects were 21 containers filled with diesel, 11 containers with gasoline and 33 empty containers, a police report showed.
They were detained at the Sipalay City police station, facing charges for violation of Presidential Decree 1865, which prohibits illegal trading of petroleum products./PN
