The plaque of recognition was given by the Philippine Statistics Authority during the 30th National Statistics Month celebration (Oct. 29, 2019) at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Assembly Hall in Manila.

The plaque was presented to Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. during the regular flag ceremony on Nov. 4.
Governor Defensor stressed that numbers are essential in the performance of a daily work.
