ILOILO CITY, Philippines — The Iloilo Urban Living Summit 2026 will bring together government leaders, property owners, developers, technology providers, and industry experts on September 29, 2026, at the KER Building, Iloilo City, for a citywide conversation on building better rental communities for a more livable and investment-ready Iloilo.
As Iloilo continues to attract students, professionals, entrepreneurs, returning Ilonggos, and long-stay visitors, the Summit recognizes the growing role of rental housing in the city’s economic ecosystem. It aims to help strengthen the sector by promoting better standards in property management, safety, customer service, property improvements, and digital solutions for billing, payments, and rental management.
The Summit will feature discussions on the state of urban living and rental housing in Iloilo, reliable power and energy-saving solutions, property accessibility, digital billing and payments, affordable property upgrades, fire safety, and regulatory compliance. Speakers will include representatives from the Iloilo City Government, Iloilo City Local Housing Office, Iloilo City Boarding House Commission, Bureau of Fire Protection, Office of the Building Official, MORE Power, Megaworld Visayas, Mochi Solutions, PayMongo, and LiDU.
The event is being organized in collaboration with partners from the public and private sectors, including the Iloilo Economic Development Foundation (ILEDF), MORE Power, Megaworld Visayas, Mochi Solutions, PayMongo, Sowenscale, and LiDU, with the shared goal of strengthening collaboration around Iloilo’s rental housing sector.
Participation is free, with lunch and snacks provided. Property owners, boarding house and dormitory operators, apartment and condominium lessors, property managers, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the rental housing sector are encouraged to attend.
