Ilonggo jins rake in 30 golds in reg’l taekwondo

ILONGGO taekwondo jins captured 55 medals – including 30 golds – during the 2018 Regional Interschool Taekwondo Championships at the EBJ Sports Complex covered gym in San Jose, Antique.

Among those who won gold medals were Kylza Chin, Kyle Chin, Art Christian Tanagon, Ehyan Rhodwell Talabucon, Jieben Lark Recabar, Kean Ryth Bornazal, Justine James Diasnes, Felix Mansson, Czarina Morris, and Jan Andrew Gancero.

Also winning golds were Magi Hera Malongayon, Mary Naiz Malongayon, Aryan Nicole Nonis, Exiovince Earlle Arbor, Francesca Alterado, Jelyan Cstine Niones, Jake Christian Mamigo, Joshua Peter Mamigo, Kershel Kail Silava, and JP Palonpon.

Others who finished on top of their events were Katherine Beatrice Palonpon, Cyrus Palonpon, Denzil Palonpon, Shianne Belle Hojilla, Estrelarynne Polla Ericca Sotomil, Karla Marie Saberon, Lance Gerard Taruc, Geraldine Mosquera, Julian Miguel Tingson, and Cyril Aguire.

Taking home silver medals were Lansil Andrew Brotarlo, Aj Horlador, Heleana Dulzen Grace Donton, Coleen Catiquesta, Lovel Heart Cañeda, Jasmine Badoles, Johnniel Andre Cabaraca, and Karl Artemiz Tanagon.

Artha Camille Tanagon, Shekainah Yari Dawn Radoc, Joshia Paul Baad, Lawrence Marasigan, Tanya Jontilado, and Jex Mitchel Jardio also bagged silvers from the tournament that culminated Sunday.
