ILOILO City – What killed a 33-year-old Indian at Abozza Resort in Barangay Balabag, Boracay Island?

Bhavnani Jaideep collapsed on the floor of the resort’s lobby at around 9 a.m. on Thursday, the hotel supervisor told the police.

A guest who identified herself as a nurse checked Bhavnani Jaideep and found that he still had a pulse. Hotel staffers rushed the foreigner to a nearby clinic.

The attending physician tried to revive the Indian but to no avail. Bhavnani Jaideep was pronounced dead at around 9:34 a.m.

The remains were taken to the Prado Funeral Homes in Barangay Cubay Norte in mainland Malay, Aklan.
