ILOILO City – Fifteen minutes were more than enough time for the culprits who stole the motorcycle of an Indian man.
The 40-year-old Singh Lakwinder of Villa Carolina Subdivision in Arevalo district left his motorcycle on Mabini Street, near the entrance of the Iloilo Terminal Market, around 5 p.m. on Aug. 30.
The native of Punjab, India went inside the market to buy ginger. He told the police he was gone for 15 minutes.
When he returned for his black XRM 125, the motorcycle was already missing, a police report showed.
Lakwinder was still trying to locate his vehicle as of this writing./PN
