BACOLOD City – An inmate from Ilog town was found dead inside his cell on Friday morning.
Caesar Candiasa Amar, 28, of Purok Masagana, Barangay Tabu in the town, hanged himself.
Chief Inspector Nerito Lobrido said Amar was jailed after he hacked his older brother on Wednesday because of a misunderstanding.
His brother, Roger, sustained multiple stab wounds on his body and was rushed to Lorenzo Zayco Memorial District Hospital in Kabankalan City for treatment.
Lobrido said they have already informed the family of Amar./PN
