ILOILO City – Romel Colacion was walking along Delgado Street, Barangay Hipodromo, City Proper when two men approached him and hit his head with a glass bottle, a police report showed.
Colacion, an 18-year-old resident of Barangay Matag-om, Janiuay, Iloilo, told the police he did not know the men or why they attacked him.
The incident happened at around 11 p.m. on Sept. 9.
Colacion was with a friend at the time and bound for Barangay San Agustin where he was temporarily staying, police said.
The incident caused Colacion to get wounded on the head.
Police said the attackers fled after the incident. They were still trying to identify and locate the suspects as of this writing./PN
